These terms apply to access to this informational website. The site does not provide a self-service AI product, accept orders or payments, or create an enterprise services contract when you browse, use the calculator, or send an inquiry.
1. Operator and scope
Privoid.ai is operated by Auras Innovation Electronics Trading Co. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Auras Innovation”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Mandatory legal rights cannot be waived by these terms.
2. No proposal or project agreement by website use
Descriptions of services, deployment patterns, a free teardown, benchmarks, ownership, no-build-fee conditions, pricing, milestones, support, and security are general information or proposed commercial approaches. They do not guarantee eligibility, availability, results, or terms for your workload. An inquiry does not create a client relationship, NDA, fiduciary duty, duty to start work, or acceptance of a purchase order.
Before any project begins, both parties must sign a proposal, statement of work, or other agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, responsibilities, fees, payment triggers, acceptance criteria, IP and third-party licences, data roles, security controls, permitted subprocessors, incident process, and termination and deletion obligations. A signed client agreement governs that project if it conflicts with general website text, subject to mandatory law. We do not request production data through the website.
3. Reference builds, estimates, and AI limitations
Case studies are presented as internal reference builds or prototypes, not customer deployments or endorsements. A measurement is valid only for its stated hardware, sample, configuration, and test method. A cost or savings model depends on assumptions and changing third-party prices; it excludes items unless expressly included. The calculator is illustrative, not a quote, independent audit, promise of savings, or financial advice. Review the AI and Results Disclosures before relying on any figure.
AI and machine-learning systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsafe outputs. Demonstrations and website examples are not medical, legal, financial, insurance, engineering, safety, or regulatory advice. They must not be used as the sole basis for a decision affecting a person's rights, access to services, health, safety, or property. Production and regulated uses require a separate risk assessment, validation, human oversight, and required approvals.
4. Your conduct and submissions
You may use the site for lawful evaluation of our business. You must not attack or probe the site without written authorisation; introduce malicious code; overload or disrupt it; evade access controls; impersonate another person; scrape in a way that impairs service or violates law; or submit material you lack authority to share. Do not place secrets, special-category personal data, or confidential production files in a website form or initial email. We may limit abusive access to protect the site.
If you choose to send an inquiry, you confirm you have authority to share its contents and grant us permission to read and use them solely to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, comply with law, or protect legal rights as explained in the Privacy Notice. Sending an inquiry is not a grant of rights to train a model on your material. It is also not an NDA: request a signed confidentiality agreement before sharing confidential information.
5. Ownership and third-party material
We or our licensors retain rights in the site's design, text, code, branding, media, and compilations. You may view and share links for lawful internal evaluation. You must not present site content as your own, remove notices, or reuse trademarks without permission. Third-party models, software, data, fonts, media, and APIs may carry separate licences. Any transfer or licence of deliverables, source code, model weights, data, or derivatives in a client project exists only as stated in its signed agreement and the applicable third-party licences. “Built for you” does not itself assign ownership.
6. External links and availability
External websites and public price cards are controlled by their operators. Linking does not mean we endorse them or guarantee their content, security, or availability. We may update or suspend this informational site. We do not promise an uptime percentage or support level for the website; any service level for a client project must be in writing.
7. Warranties and liability for this website
To the extent lawful, this free website is supplied as available, without a promise that it is error-free, always available, suitable for a particular purpose, or that a modeled example will be reproduced for you. Do not make purchasing, safety, legal, or regulated decisions solely from website content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising only from use of this free site. This clause does not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including rights under mandatory consumer law, and does not override a signed client agreement.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update the website and these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively amend a signed client agreement. These website terms are governed by UAE law as applied in Dubai.
