Before a project starts: a proposal and signed agreement must define the actual workload, data flow, security measures, third-party services, ownership, fees, acceptance tests, and remedies. Website language does not create those project commitments.

Contract documents for real client work
These website notices do not replace a negotiated master services agreement or statement of work. Depending on the engagement, the parties may also need a mutual NDA, data-processing agreement, security schedule, subprocessor list, service levels, support and incident terms, IP and open-source licence schedule, and an acceptance and change-control plan. Each must reflect the real architecture and applicable law before any customer data is received.

If a signed client agreement conflicts with general website text, the signed agreement governs that client's project to the extent lawful; mandatory rights still apply.
