Privacy Notice

Effective 30 September 2026 · Version 2

This notice covers personal data handled when you browse Privoid.ai or choose to contact us about enterprise AI work. It does not describe data processing for a client pilot or deployment; that must be documented in the signed client agreement and, where needed, a data-processing agreement.

Do not submit sensitive or production material through this website or an initial email. This includes passwords, access tokens, source-code secrets, health or financial records, customer datasets, regulated records, and confidential documents. We will agree a secure transfer method and data scope separately if a project proceeds.

1. Operator and contact

Auras Innovation Electronics Trading Co. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates Privoid.ai and determines the purposes of processing for this website. Send privacy requests to support@privoid.ai with “Privoid privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing information. If a customer project starts, the parties will identify their respective controller or processor roles in the project documents.

2. What data is involved

CategoryExamples and sourceCurrent handling
Technical visit dataIP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, network and security events generated when your browser requests the site. The hosting and security layer processes this to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. We do not operate a visitor account system.
Inquiry dataName, work email, company, workload, main goal and optional approximate spend, data boundary, and free-text context. The website currently shows an intake preview, with no inquiry fields or delivery endpoint. It does not receive an inquiry from that preview. When a verified receiver is activated, we will update this notice before opening the form. Separate email correspondence is processed when the mailbox is operational.
Estimator inputsVolumes, prices, and other values you enter in the savings calculator.Calculated in your browser. “Copy link” places parameters in a URL you can share; anyone with the link can see them. We receive them only if you choose to send the URL or result.

We do not ask the website for special-category data, collect payment card information, create marketing profiles, or use visitor information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The site is aimed at business users, not children under 18.

3. Why we process it

We process data only on a basis available under the law applicable to that activity, such as consent where required, steps requested before a contract, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest where that basis is permitted. We do not treat an inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing; any optional marketing program would require its own notice and choice where law requires.

4. Recipients, hosting, and transfers

The site is delivered through Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may handle technical traffic and security information in countries outside the UAE. An email provider will process correspondence once the Privoid mailbox is activated. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where lawful and necessary. We do not sell website visitor data or feed website inquiries into a third-party AI model. We do not claim that visiting this public website keeps all traffic inside the UAE or inside your network.

Provider categoryWebsite purposeData that may be involved
Sites hosting and CloudflareDelivery, availability, and bot/security controls.Technical requests, IP/device details, timestamps, and security events.
Privoid email provider, once activatedReceive and reply to messages you choose to send.Sender address, message content, attachments and delivery metadata.
Professional advisers or authorities, when neededLegal compliance, advice, or defence of rights.Only information relevant to that purpose.

Where a transfer of personal data needs additional legal safeguards, we will use those required for the applicable data and relationship. A project involving customer data requires a documented hosting location, approved provider list, transfer mechanism, and retention/deletion instructions in its contract.

5. Retention and deletion

Technical traffic and security records are kept according to the hosting provider's operational settings and any lawful need to investigate abuse or incidents; we have not published a fixed provider log period because the current setting has not been independently confirmed. We keep correspondence only while reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, a prospective relationship, legal duties, or a dispute, then delete or anonymise it. Project data, if any, follows the signed project's retention and return/deletion schedule. A legal hold can extend a period where required. Ask us for the period or criteria that apply to your data.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis, or information about transfers. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. We will assess each request under the law that applies, verify identity where needed, and respond within the legally required time. Blocking technical cookies in your browser may affect site security or availability; see the Cookie Notice.

7. Security and incidents

We use a hosting and security layer to deliver this site, but no internet system is risk-free. This notice is not a claim of ISO certification, penetration-test status, encryption of every future client deployment, or a guaranteed incident response time. See Security and Data Handling for the current site and the controls that must be agreed before handling client data. If we identify an incident involving personal data, we will assess and make notifications required by applicable law and the relevant signed contract.

8. Changes

We will revise this notice when the website, its providers, or our processing changes materially. The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material new purposes or non-essential tracking will be addressed before they are introduced where prior notice or consent is required.
